Great Lamp

Such a cute lamp. Love the wood and it gives off a nice amount of light.

Great lamp

Works well, easy to assemble, and adds a really nice balance to the room.

Beautiful lamp, but poor durability

I really like the design of the LAUTERS lamp, but unfortunately one of ours developed a serious problem after about 14 months of normal use. The wooden collar around the central pole became completely loose and no longer grips the lower section of the stand. The screw itself still tightens, but the whole collar slides off, so the lamp can no longer stay assembled properly. We bought two identical lamps and used both normally. Only one developed this issue, so it seems more like a durability/construction problem than normal wear. IKEA told me the lamp has no warranty and could only have been returned within six months, so they could not offer a replacement or repair. Beautiful lamp, but I would hesitate to buy it again because this adjustment mechanism does not seem durable enough.

Great lamp!

We love this lamp! It was very easy to put together and looks great in our living room. Its design really adds to the aesthetics of almost any room. We left the finish natural but I could see how someone might want to stain it a darker wood grain finish. We are super pleased with this purchase and think the price was very reasonable for a floor lamp of this quality.
