Great couch, TERRIBLE covers
I love this couch. It’s comfortable and looks great. And the covers wash well. My problem is specifically with the covers for the back pillows. I wash my covers at least once a week (kids, dogs). The frame cover is super easy to slip on, love that it velcros in place. The seat covers are easy to put on, love the 3-side zip. But the two end back covers are impossible to put on. Impossible! I’ve actually cut my arm on the zippers, trying to cram the cushion in and work the little end pieces into place. Such an easy design fix, just run invisible zippers up the side - or make the back cushions non-reversible like the seat cushions. Aside from the extreme difficulty of putting covers on the two end back cushions, it’s a great, great, great couch.

Back cushions have issues
I have an Uppland chair and ottoman that I love so when I recently moved I decided to purchase the sofa. Easy to put together (note the box it comes in will require a pickup truck or large SUV to move), the Hakebo dark gray is a lovey cover, but the back cushions never expanded properly. It has been a week and they are not right. If I did not already own the chair it may have not been as noticeable. I went back tot the store to look at the display models and my concerns were affirmed (store display cushions are more full). After reading reviews I see others had the same issue. I have only had the couch a week (without the back cushions on it) and it will be going back if I can't get the back cushions addressed / replaced.

Perfect for my 3 person apartment
I searched all over the internet for a couch that was affordable, could fit into my space, could seat 3 girls comfortably, and was comfy enough that a guest could sleep on. This one ended up being perfect for us. We got it on sale, which helped as well, but seriously love this couch. It's been 2 months now and it looks and feels great
